JKF Greatest Man Award 2011
On 29 October 2011 Toon and his wife were present at the “JFK Greatest Man of 2011 Award”, a fund raising event for the Foundation African Night in his capacity of the Foundation’s CFO. The Foundation organizes fundraising activities for the Friends for Life Foundation, supporting education and entrepreneurial start-ups in Kenia.

On 20 October the Supreme Court referred one of our cases to the European Court of Justice, asking the ECJ to rule on our claim that a Netherlands legal provision on which the tax assessment was based is incompatible with the VAT Directive and therefore invalid.
